About Us

Motiviti is a software and game development company based in Maribor, Slovenia. We are using lessons from building and researching games to make serious software fun, engaging and easy to use. Rather than calling it gamification, we feel that this is where modern user interface design is headed in general.

We build pretty front-ends, solid backends, API’s, games, interactive experiences and sometimes even marketing strategies. We have worked with clients from various industries, including advertising, insurance, health care, design and digital production agencies.

Our Team

Motiviti was founded in 2009 by Tadej Gregorcic and Jernej Kocjancic and has grown ever since. Our team consists of highly skilled and motivated developers, artists, designers and musicians who have successfully worked together on mid to large scale projects stretching from a couple of weeks to a couple of years.
